Saw on my subs. Thought y'all would want to see it.

Stuff I'm unsure about will be in yellow
ふじた大先生流石です。
This is following Fujita-sensei's style.
先行入力DAをやり、1F目に上Sを入力できればこんな感じに滑 ります。
If you are able to buffer a dash attack (from something else's ending animation), then input an up-smash 1F later, you will slide like this.
入力は行動終わり際に、スティック横+C上(orC下)>C上
When the previous animation ends, you must input side + C-up (or down) --> C-up
How to Perform
1) Random Move... For example Fair, right before you land
2) You land while the animation hasnt end
3) You should now be in the Fair Landing Lag Animation
4) Here you press Analog Stick Forward + C-Up ONCE and at the same time/frame (That means you dont hold the analog stick)
5) Now you mash C-Up

If you dont do Step 5, you should do an DA as soon as possible (After the landing lag of the fair)

You could try this first to get it like 50% consistent.

After you got this just do Step 5.

At least it worked for me, hopefully I could help ^^

Since everyone is calling it BDACUS then I guess that is its name.

I can't read the description what does it say? This is all I got with a translator lol.

流石 Dr. Fujita is large.
DA to do the type-ahead, 1F S 滑Rimasu on the second type if this feeling.
When the input end action on the next stick + C (orC below)> C on

Oh this, Diddy Kong's have known about this but have been unable to recreate it. It should be able to help. I doubt any other characters can do it.

that's amazing!
how is it done?
Maybe input a DACUS while in shield? I really don't know.
We need Ankoku to translate it into something that we can understand. Right now we need to just do our best and attempt to figure it out by using the crappy translation that google has provided.

It says to dash attack and input an upsmash on the first frame. Input is control to the side/c-stick up (or down) --> c-stick up. (I think; I'm not positive about the second sentence I translated.)

Ah I finally got it to work... really cool x)

You can buffer it... (okay maybe not lol)

Controlstick forward then press cstick up 2 times. Can't do it consistently though.

I think you have to buffer the dash + 1 cstick up (then you'll buffer a dash attack) and then time the 2nd cstick up...

If someone could do this constantly then sidestepping would become much safer. Although for all we know it might not be limited to just side step, and maybe more then just Diddy kong can do it.

edit: after taking a better look though the diddy kong thread it seems you don't have to side step so the translation is correct.

I'm very excited about this discovery.

edit2: and I just did it on my second try in training mode with diddy.

OP I do not think he ever canceled the shield. The shielding at :05 was probably a screw up trying to spotdodge (hence shield was tilted down) and the shielding at :10 was just for u-smash OoS. He was probably trying to see if he could buffer the inputs within the shield drop frames.

Yeah, I think InnocentRoads buffers from both spotdodge and dash attack in that video. The description doesn't say anything about needing a spotdodge, only needing something to buffer dash attack from.

Sheiks have known about this for ages. A guaranteed kill on MK at 92% from a grab means it isn't that mad a matchup at all.
yea, I think everyone knows of that one. This is a different DACUS form though, which is why it was brought up, and needs to be tested.

Same thing I wrote above applies for this post ^^^^^^

Finally, an explanation for this. I was using Diddy randomly once and accidentally did it when I hit my opponent's shield... Guess that shieldstun was enough for me to buffer whatever, and I was mashing usmash while doing that. :teeth:

Yep, like 2-3 vids have circulated through the Diddy Boards of a DACUS Diddy should be able to do, but was only done on accident by Diddies who just landed from a sideB (mine included). Of course, Japan beat us to the explanation. :grrr:

At least we beat them to the "uploading accident videos" part.

i cant do it consistently yet, is it that hard or is the directions slightly off?
Im tryin during a spotdodge. I do spotdodge, press forward (not sure when to do ->, and do u hold forward or let go) then c-stick up twice (as fast as possible?)

Or is it SD, -> + c-stick up at the same time, then cstick up again

I have already done it out of an Air Dodge, Spot Dodge, Dash Attack, UpSmash.

I could buffer an Dash Attack (Stick Forward + C-Up) out of Shield, Dsmash and FSmash so I think for these this also works ;)

I did not use some debug menu (too lazy xD), so yeah this can be really done by humans :)

I think it works out of everything that allows to buffer something :)

Edit: LOL got it down after Up-B Landing lag xD

Edit2: OMFG you can do it after a normal banana toss xD

Its:

Random Move THEN Buffer Dash Attack (Just Stick Forward [one time] + C-Up before the animation ends... I think last 10 frames) THEN C-Up directely after the first C-Up I thin (I just mash)

I'm trying to do it after a glide toss but can only get the buffered DA :embarrass

Edit3: After Nair xD...

Edit4: After Fair Landing Lag @.@

Lol this still isn't that clear to me. xD

if you can, can you right like a step by step process?

Example:

1) Do this
2) Do that
3) Do this

You know, just to make it more clear =].

When do you do step 5? I know it says 1 frame after, but is that 1 frame after the dash attack is initiated or 1 frame after you do step 4? Can you just mash up on the c stick and get it to work?

Edit: "I could buffer an Dash Attack (Stick Forward + C-Up) out of Shield, Dsmash and FSmash so I think for these this also works ", wait are you saying you can do a Dsmash/Fsmash instead of the Usmash?

I always just mash C-Up when I'm at Step 4...

So the first C-Up is + Analog Forward. But from the second C-Up on I dont hold in any direction with the Analog Stick.

I dont know why I cant get it down constantly, I think I just dont mash C-Up quick enough to hit the right Frame, but I dont know, this is all I can help for now ^^
