TATER'S COMPLETELY NORMAL AND NON-GIMMICKY TOURNAMENT #2
Hey guys, me again
If you're wondering why I started a second tournament when the 1st isn't finished, I'll explain:
You see, after the length of time it took for Round 1, with the extended deadlines, and me having to DQ 2 people, followed by the same pattern occurring in Round 2, I decided to let the two players that did their matches on time an advanced the furthest simply play out as the Grand Finals, so they didn't have to wait.
This tournament will be run a bit stricter than the last, and if you had a history of stalling the 1st T.C.A.N.G.T., then you will only be allowed to go on a waiting list if there are not enough signups. But with all that aside, time for some copypasta (and hopefully a more successful tournament).
Bringing you one of the simplest wi-fi tournaments series, it the T.C.N.A.N.G.T. #2!
There are no character bans, no gameplay or stage gimmicks, nothing of the sort! Just you, 15 other people, and me to tell you who to fight.
Signups will be in the generic wi-fi tourney signup system, if you don't know it, it looks something like this:

Now for the technical stuff:
Stalling=BANNED
Planking=BANNED
Meta Knight's Infinite Cape glitch=BANNED
If any player ends a match in a suicide-K.O. (Bowser's suicide klaw, Kirbycide, Ganon choke, etc.), Then the win is determined 1st by stock, then %, and if there's a legit tie, the attacker gets the win.

-The loser of the 1st game can change character, then his/her counterpick
-You may not choose a counterpick you have already won on in that set unless both players agree to it
-You may play any banned stage as a counterpick as long as both players agree to it.
