Smash Journeyman
Welcome to BrawLBlazer's second online tournament here in the OTL! This will be a Nintendo franchise exclusive tournament. Fret not at the title, as I will explain the theme and rules:
Theme:
Each round of the tournament will consist of characters from a certain Nintendo franchise. The starter stage also must hail from that specific franchise, but the counterpicks may be any legal stage. For example, the starter for the Fire Emblen stage must be Castle Siege, as it is the only stage representing that series. The characters allowed would be

Rules:
-16 Man Tournament
-Double Elimination
-3 Stock
-8 Minute Time Limit
-Items to be set to OFF and NONE
-All matches are best 2/3 except for Finals
-If a match ends with a suicide move which leads to sudden death, then the person who initiated the suicide is declared the winner of that match.
-The winner is determined by stock, then percent, and then sudden death.
-No stalling (If you can, please provide a replay of every match and send them to me)
-Both players may ban a stage at the start of the set
-After the neutral/starter stage, the loser of that match will counterpick a legal counterpick, and so on.
-Meta Knight's Infinite Dimensional Cape is banned.
-If the lag is unbearable, the set will be decided by a coin flip.
