I know you used the continuation rule for June/Candy, but did you do it for PS/Korn? Didn't click to me until just now to ask.

Sorry Cafe. I'm still getting a hang of the whole continuation thing as well.

I guess whoever recorded it messed up with the 2-0.

would the continuation mean it woulda have been a best of 5 and he had to win one round? or a best of 7 and he had to win 2?

Continuation simply means exactly what it says: A continuation of the previous set.

In the previous set- Korn was up on you 2 to 1. Those scores would've carried over and the set becomes best of 7.

that continuation stuff is gay
Not really, it makes sense. Would you rather win more matches and still lose the set?

For example in a normal 2 set grand finals (i'll use June and Candy):
June beats Candy first set 3-0
Candy beats June second set 3-2
But June had more wins 5-3, and lets say Candy beat June 3-2 in winners final the total match count would be 7-6 with June with more match wins, but candy still wins. (Of course this is all hypothetical)

Continuation sets are so that it isn't possible to have more match wins and still lose the set.

Continuation sets were used? That's silly.

A set won is a set won. Once that happens you reset the set. Taking into a account how close someone was to winning a set should never matter.

i'm interested in a BTYF 2 XD

and i just wanted to know if it was best of 7 or best of 5, cause if it became best of 5 he woulda won cause he won a round, best of 7 means we would have had one more round to play

thanks tant for answering
