~2/3 regular matches.
~3/5 Grand,Winner, and Loser finals.
~ No Items
~ 16-32 man (depending on number of entrants) , double elimination
~ no character is banned.
~ DDD's infinite and smallstep CG is banned.
~ stalling is banned
~ if the match ends a move like Bowser's SideB or Kirbycide, the player who initated it wins.
~ If the match goes to time, play out the sudden death

Player with the most stocks wins, if both are at the same stocks, then the one who has the less% wins. If both are at the same %, then there will be a one match played with one stock for each player.
~ Zelda is banned
Stage List Rules: First you must Strike first match to decide which neutral you will play on. CP's are allowed, and each player is able to ban TWO CPs, 2 in Finals. Dave's stupid rule is in effect.
