Meta-Knight's Dimensional Cape Infinite is BANNED
Ledge Stalling is BANNED
Stalling the match in general is BANNED
Sandbagging is Allowed, but It'll cost you the match.

Stage Decision:
First stage MUST be a Neutral decided by both players.
Next stage is a CP decided upon by the Loser of the first game.
If the Loser wins on their CP, the opposing player chooses a Tiebreaker CP.

Each set of players are given a period of 1 week to complete their tournament set, Otherwise, the person who could not attend the set is Disqualified.
