CURRENTLY, ZERO SQUARED IS SHUT DOWN DUE TO A MULTITUDE OF REASONS.
The below textures are still available for downloading, but no new textures are being made a this time. Sorry!​


Zero Squared is a cooperative brawl texturing team. We create and apply texture hacks using Brawl Box exclusively to Pikachu! Currently, Zero Squared has two members, Zeroxius and Forever Kasrani (Formerly Forever Zero). We are a nonprofit team who aims to increase the variety of Pikachu texture hacks out there.

REQUESTS
Zero Squared takes requests! If you want to have a texture done for you, or you have an idea for us to try, Send Zeroxius or Forever Zero a private message or shoutout on Smashboards or All is Brawl, or you can post a request in this thread! I check it daily if I have the ability to do so, and all requests will receive a response in a timely fashion!

ill def help on requests. i kinda am going thru alot atm, didnt do fafsa way back when so im going to my college town but, i may not be taking classes due to no money to take them ;-;

it cld make me have a full time job for a semester. idk how i feel about it but not much i can do. anyways, ill take requests and once i get out of this hole im in ill def make some more pikas

Life comes before texturing, so don't try to do textures unless you are comfortable.

I would love a pikachu with Hitoshura like facial markings/back markings if its possible? I know pikachus face/body isnt that spacious so I understand if its not doable.

Okay, so my laptop decided to try and AN HERO yesterday and I can't access ANY of my texture files.

Meaning I'm out of the texture game until it gets fixed. Tomorrow. Next week. Next year. :(

It all depends on if I have time to do it. I'm just about to leave for martial arts. I have no idea when I'll be free from martial arts, school, work and band.

But like I said, this chu is top priority! =D

But what should I call it? Your choice.

It would be so easy, too. Isn't there some sort of free program that can edit pictures? I was able to save EVERYTHING but this computer doesn't have photoshop...

GIMP is free. It's what I use since I'm too lazy to install Photoshop.

Dunno if it has everything you need for textures, but it should.

Here, I'll just quote the Brawl Vault page:

Pyrochu







First, there was Volt Pikachu by Virgil328509, then there was MatrixChu by Zeroxius. I thought, "if only there was a red chrome-effect Pikachu, there would be one for each team color." Thus, Pyrochu was born.

I used Zeroxius's MatrixChu as a base, and added in the flame textures. There are actually four different textures in the download (see pic #1), so pick your favorite.

This is my also first submission to Brawl Vault. :)

So, what do you think?

I love reflective textures.

Do you want me to make a section for submitted textures and put yours in? You would be the first. ;)

BTW, you know what I would like to see more of? More hats for Pikachu and more Team Colors-friendly texture hacks.

Random ideas:

Top hat Pikachu (there's already Fancychu, just add a top hat)
Melee Cowboy Hat Pikachu (would make a good Green Team texture)
Wizard's Cap Pikachu (would make a good Blue Team texture)
Santa Cap Pikachu (would make a good Red Team texture)

A Viking Helmet, Bowler hat, or a Fedora might look good too... But I bet most of these would be hard to vertex.

I have to say those are great ideas. However, we are unable to accomplish those at this time because we don't yet know how to vertex hack. This summer we will get around to that (Or at least I will) around next summer. My schedule is busy right now. I'm supposed to be working with logic functions for my homework right now, so please bear with me. :c

Again, I haven't forgotten about people's textures, I'm still very busy. It looks like I might have more free time on my hands in the near future, though. =D
