Anyway I would like to thank everyone for coming out to the third Gameyard :D 28 entrants for a holiday weekend is pretty legit considering the last two Gameyards get about 32 people. We had a nice turnout and a very stacked bracket. Great competition! I would like to thank Ohio for coming out and making this a very fun tourney. Props to go AvariceX for coming down from Canada by himself just to make this. Props go to Solecalibur for helping T.O and using his recording setup. And props to all my MI people. There will not be a December Gameyard and I may not be using this venue again due to the last minute space shenanigans the owner pulled on me. So I am looking for a bigger venue. I will still continue to be one you MI's T.Os though. :D

Only one tournament left in the season guys. Step yo' game up.

Also I am missing some character info so help me out if you know what I am missing. Thanks.

Can you remove snake from my name (waka flaka) please? and put metaknight ahead of rob seeing as i went metaknight all but 2 games. Oh and the mann went snake as well i believe. i might do shoutouts tommorow when im not tired. Fun tourney and i suck at the meta ditto :(

also ori went metaknight against gio and i think kenny as well.

I didn't get mad. Insulted, maybe(since you had time to ask someone before our set), but not mad. ;p

I had fun, and the experience is appreciated, since I can honestly say that's the first Fox I played in a very long time. We'll see about if I do better next time. Though, I will say that the open flame when I did nothing to ask for it does take my formerly good opinion of you down a few notches.

Anywho.

^ The future of Michigan. (The lake behind Meta Knight is Lake Erie.) With enough MK mains in Michigan (He's almost reached that goal.), he will have enough power to completely pollute Lake Erie by convincing more people to counterpick Halberd against him and crashing his Halberd into the lake's bottom and creating a giant crater/hole as illustrated by the picture above. Thus, a terrible oil spill will occur.

Do we want that, Michigan? I think not.

Reasons why we skipped pools:

1. Ohio kept opting for it.
2. (The main reason) We only had 5 setups..
3. Out of 5 of those setups only 3 of them were being used without complaints. Someone hooked up a wii with a ****ty AV cord to my televison that kept causing the video input to go out whenever someone touched the table.

On top on that the other setup that people were complaining about was the HDTV with the component cords. I COULD have just told everyone to suck it up and deal with it but I'm way too nice for that. And thus no pools..and good thing because we ended at 11:30 due to the lack of setups and 28 people. I keep telling people to bring **** lol. Now you know why.

But not everyone does, I'd appreciate it if you didn't undermine my wins please. Do you any idea how difficult it was to beat him on brinstar? If I made any kind of spacing error I could have lost a stock easily. I avoided his shuttle loops and shielded his tornadoes, getting a close win with ROB. What he should have done is went MK when I cped him to Frigate and went snake on game three.

I feel like there is an issue of people johning for other people in MI. Take Lain for example. Y.b.M. 3-0ed him in loser's finals. His ZSS was really solid against lain's IC's, avoiding the CG and ****** nana with his ridiculous hitboxes. But all i heard at the tourny was 'haha lain dropping the ball what a surprise.' ZSS is hard to CG, especially when her down B has invincibility frames and can be canceled to jump away. Shame on you MI.
