I decided to host one last tournament before I head off to SoCal for College. Details below!

EVERY SETUP BROUGHT WILL MAKE THE TOURNAMENT RUN SIGNIFICANTLY FASTER. PLEASE BRING THEM, ALL I HAVE IS A WII+BRAWL!

The Event:

Date - April 23rd, 2011 (Good Friday Weekend)
Address - 3310 Sturbridge Ln., Sugar Land TX 77479

Prices -
1v1 - 10$
2v2 - 10$ total
Waseda 2v2 - 5$

Waseda Doubles = Random partners and locked characters. A tier or higher ranked players must use a character different from their main.

Times -
11:00 AM = I rub my magic lamp and the genie comes out and Aladdin's Magic Garage opens and friendlies/setting up begins
12:00 PM = Signups
2:30 PM = Doubles
Singles will start near the end of doubles. This means you can still sign up for 1v1 during the doubles event.
There will be a lunch break before singles starts.

Payouts - TOP 5 will get paid out regardless of turnout.
1st=48%
2nd=25%
3rd=11%
4th=8%
5th=4%
5th=4%

Rules and Stages: We will be using the same rules used at WHOBO 3. The ONLY exception is that there will be a LGL of 40 for All Characters. You can find the WHOBO ruleset here - http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=287843

Housing:
Despite the tournament being at my house, I can't house anyone (o.O). Past ozzfests, other houston players were able to house with no problems. Check this thread to see who is housing.

How bad does the heat get? Like Monster's arcade bad? Or just WHOBO bad?

You guys should note that the last ozzfest was on a june day and this is in april

I wish :/ I never go home to see my parents I know they'd be really sad if I didn't show up on his BIRTHDAY. Have fun guys! I was hyped but oh well make history! Ozz I better see you before you leave

Considering how hyped I got watching Razer vs Roy_R on the livestream at the 2nd tourney, and how it's going to be one of the last time's I'll see Ozz before leaving, I'm coming to this :)
