I was hoping Sync would get 1st or 2nd, but I guess it just didn't work out for him.

Does that mean it's two different people in the next TX PR update now?

Roy and I were under the assumption that rematches in tournies are a best of 5 set, regardless of where it's at in losers bracket since it was like that for a very long time. I guess the unity ruleset doesn't have such rule. Everyone was telling us this after I was up 2-1 and said that the set was over, but we decided to finish it out after anyway since we agreed to Bo5 before the set started. He won 3-2. Sorry to everyone that wanted to see me keep playing :(

I'll make my shoutouts soon. Weird since theres 2 different threads lol.

I should of played singles.

I've been in this rut about playing singles but I know I'll break out of it soon.

Balanced teams was fun. BTW I was never Snake.

Now ALSM...he did snake just to get those early kills.....it only worked once though.

He did Wario/Snake/Diddy kong.

Btw Diska never dies.

Thanks Sync. The 2v2 was actually more discouraging than the 1v1. My one SD against our opponents before you guys cost us a lot, and we felt like we were kinda rushed toward the end. Ah well, we'll just have to keep working at it. I'm good at 2v1? You mean as in me fighting two people or me and my partner fighting one person? xD

I wasn't pleased with my performance. I need to get more used to the environment so I can slow things down and take it more easy.
Too much ZSS... all my losses but one were to ZSS and Diddy. Getting Salem to teach me the matchup, so next time I won't be an easy win for that character.

Thanks to the gamestop staff who allowed us to have these tournaments. I'm sad that they have to move/close. It was my favorite game store ever.

Thanks to Sync and everyone who helped host.

I had it rough in seeding. Oh well, I made up for it somewhat in balanced teams and hobo 35. GGs!

FK: Dang we should've talked more. I am sad. Thanks for your help in counterpicking. You are such an intelligent player. I gotta work on that ditto now...

Diska: You do well in the zss matchup. Just keep working on it.

Mocha: You are extremely good in doubles now. And I saw your match vs. Ojih. Your Zelda is improving so much! Keep it up!

ALSM: Thanks for teaming with me! You really know how to plan things out in doubles.

I played the same team in doubles and it was only 2/3 the 2nd time.

Anyway, I don't see that rule listed under Unity (and you really should know shouldn't you?)


Nike- You left earlier than I expected, I wanted to play you more and maybe do our money match (next time I guess). I guess I forgot what day it is.

Sync- Ewww, who does singles first. Anyway I look forward to your next tournament series.

Bio- I'm da bes
GGs to both of you in doubles, I regret my choices on that final game.
Shoutouts to the lucky people I would have destroyed in singles!!

i enjoyed this tournament more than HOBO tbh (i guess you tend to enjoy winning more then losing lol), but also it was just a chill day overall. I'll never get that close to beating denti ever again :(.

Also after Houston's top saw what I level I'm at now they don't even want to attend their own tournaments. Truth.
