I thought Deathwolf finished porting that all ready, or maybe he isn't finished.:confused:
I'll give that a shot sometime soon, though if Deathwolf fails to port it I may not even try at all. :scared:

i always wanted those codes to be usable in brawl xD i hope you can port the independant Pokemon Engine and CSS Fixes For Zelda/Shiek and ZSS/Samus also did you know ds22 is making brawl masquerade? which gives additional costume slots to characters when he releases it you could try to port them to pal also :p

Wow!, I didn't know that. I'll try to port it once his complete.

I've ported Independent Pokemon Engine and CSS Fixes For Zelda/Shiek and Samus/ZSS, there now in the OP, I'm having trouble porting the CSS Fixes Giga and Company code which apparently is needed for Independent Pokemon Engine to work.

in the css everything works perfectly(except random is mario but i guess thats because if the code i used) you can choose them see the individual portraits etc
if you choose any pokemon they will bring the trainer too when the match start and switch when they die so i guess some code isnt working? and sometimes after the result screen it freezes maybe it has to do with the pokemon code not working?

didnt they had a custom random code in the ntsc department? i think i know why its mario is becuase in the sc_character.pac there is a mario pic named random if you replaced it it will look ok i guess and i hope your able to fix the independant pokemon engine

Yes. I've tried porting it, it's way too hard. I've asked Deathwolf to port it, if he doesn't succeed then PAL users will just have to put up with Random having Mario's icon.

dont give up your almost there its just some codding that needs fixing the css fixes work it just freezes sometimes when entering the css or choosing random i think everything is related to the pokemon engine or something

Does the code works with no freezes with just ZSS and shiek independant? i would be gald with that already

i just made a css code with zss znd sheik independednt and pokes with 1c 1d 1e instead of independant ones and sometimes it freezes while going back to the css after results screen with only the css code and zss sheik fixes is that supposed to happen?

Possibly. Don't use independent pokemon values. They will most likely freeze without Independent Pokemon Engine.

Oh yeah..., I gave CSS Fixes for Giga and Company one last try today and I still failed to port it. I've given up, I'm not wasting anymore time on it.

find what did freezes for me i had slots named 28 noone wich freezed becuase of unknown reason while going back to the css i changed things and did 15 battles straight without freezing so you can add the three pokes to the css 1c/1d/1e and it doesnt freeze xD but they will bring the trainer around and switch when dying but its 3 more slots to choose them fromm :p

Sorry guys, is this topic still active? I mean, Tommie, do you still work on it? Cuz actually, you are the only one who ported some of these codes to pal :joyful:
I know the last edit is not old (from thursday) but you know what I mean ^^
Oh, and question! Is there the "Alloys don't crash" somewhere close and PAL? I'm looking for it, and what are the modes available to play as an alloy without crash? I know it works on multiplayer. All star? Classic? Subspace emissary?

I still port codes to pal if that's what you mean. As for the codes on this thread, they all work except for "Independent Pokemon Engine", that doesn't work because it requires another code which hasn't been ported to PAL yet.

"Alloys Don't Crash" has been ported to PAL, I don't know if it works though.

The "CSS Fix" code ported by Deathwolf works, I've tried it myself.

To have Alloys, Giga, Warioman you need a few other codes that haven't been ported yet...

The "CSS Fix" code ported by Deathwolf works, I've tried it myself.

Remove it and see if it still freezes, it's there for no reason anyway.
If it still freezes, remove "Infinite Jumps".

Yeah I just ported it and came up with the same code you posted ^
I haven't tried it, but it should work.

EDIT: Did "Alloys Don't Crash" work for you?

What are the compatible modes to play with? Subspatial emissary, guess it doesn't work. Classic, it should work. Multiplayer, sure, but at the end of a fight it crashes (normal).
So i'll try in multiplayer, then in classic and I'll tell you.
EDIT : Okay man, you did it. It works perfectly. Victory pose + don't crash work. I've only done ONE fight in MP, looks like you can finish the fight without crash, then come back to the menu (without crash again).I'll try with several fights and see if it still works after some fights.

I'm sure they will work, except for "Warioman Fix", I'm not sure if that'll work. However these codes are useless, they require "CSS Fixes for Giga and Company V2", that hasn't been ported yet.

EDIT: And. I think Char ID Fix has already been ported. If I found out it has been ported, I'll take it down.

I'm trying to port it right now, as of today I've finally got it working with Independent Pokemon, when you die you don't change pokemon, however it freezes at the result screen. Still needs some fixing.

EDIT: I've fixed the freeze. I played seven games without it freezing.
Time to test if it works with other codes.

"CSS Fixes for Giga and Company" just fixes the CSS I think, it prevents it from freezing when adding Giga, Warioman, Alloys, Independent Pokemon to the CSS.

Independent Pokemon Engine doesn't quite work yet, pokemon are only independent when playing "Random", but when playing a character the pokemon are not independent.

I've tried it with Giga and Alloys and it added them to the CSS without freezing. I played a some games using Alloys, and you're right, after about three or four games it freezes. I don't know if it's fixable.
