Match Procedure:

1. Player Priority is determined if it cannot be agreed on via Rock Paper Scissors or Game and Watch Judgement Roll.

2. Players pick their characters. A double blind pick may be called by any player.

3. The first game is played on a stage selected from the Stage List either by mutual consent or through the Stage Striking Method. The order of stage striking will be 1-2-2-1 (Player 1 strikes one stage, followed by Payer 2 striking two stages, then Player 1 striking two more stages, then Player 2 striking one of the two remaining stages).

4. The first game is played with all Starter Items.

5. The player that lost the previous game may opt to re-pick controller ports (with themselves picking first).

6. The player that won the previous game may announce one "Stage Ban" and/or one “Item Ban” if they have not already done so in this set.

7. The player that lost the previous game announces the stage for the next game. No stage may be used by a player that has already won on that stage in this set.

8. The player that won the previous game chooses his character.

9. The player that lost the previous game chooses his character.

10. The player that lost may counterpick any one item from the “Starter” and “Counterpick” item lists not already announced as an “Item Ban” by changing the On/Off status of the item.

11. The next game is played on the stage the loser of the previous game chose.

12. Repeat steps 5-11 for all proceeding games.

Casual Gaming:

As long as there is room provided and you bring the full setup, you may play whatever game you've brought to this event.

I had soccer ball at my ISP tourny solely because I thought it would be funny to see people fight harder and then get owned by the soccer ball.
