If you want to go to the event, but just as an spectator you will still have to pay the Venue Fee. No registration is required for spectators.
Registration closes August 9 at 11:59 pm (local time)
Contestants who don't register can not participate in the tournament. No exceptions!

- Warmups/Friendlies: 10am to 11am
- Pools Start: 12pm
- Lunch Break: 2:30pm to 3:30pm

GENERAL RULES:
- 3 stocks
- Time limit: 8 minutes
- Items set to "NONE" and "OFF". Pause set to "OFF"
- MK is banned. In the case MK gets selected out of randomness the match should restart until MK is not selected.
- All chaingrabs and infinites are legal.
- 50 Ledge Grab Limit (LGL) per character. If times runs out and one of the players exceeded the LGL said player automatically looses the match. If both players exceed the LGL this rules is no longer applicable.
- Stalling is prohibited.
STARTING A GAME:
- Both players must show at the station indicated
- The players decide who chooses the first stage with a coin toss or rock-paper-scissors. The starter stage must be one of the following:
- Final Destination
- Battlefield
- Smashville
- The looser of the last match chooses the next stage. Said stage can be from the Starter Stages list or from the Counterpicks list:
- Frigate Orpheon
- Delfino Plaza
- Yoshi's Island
- Pokemon Stadium 1
BEHAVIOR:
- BYOC (Bring your own controller): Pretty much self explanatory.
- Players may have a coach next to them. However coaches may not speak to the players during a match. Coaching during a match may result in DQ.
- Players using Wii Remotes shall disconnect their controllers after every match.
- Any type of game tampering is forbidden, such as letting other players win, win-selling, game arrangements, etc. The result of this actions is punished with DQ.
- Distracting another player will result in loosing the round.
- The decision of the judges is final and is not open to discussion.
- TOs and Judges are impartial and will not help or advice the players in any way.
- If you send the mail for registration means that you accept and agree with the rules. If you have any question regarding the rules or the organization please send an email with your question .
