This thread is for finding a Melee Doubles teammate, finding a local housing option, and/or making transportation arrangements with others for Kings of Cali, on November 10th. Post here with your needs, and I'll do my best to update these tables!

Airports

LAX or Bob Hope (BUR) are your best bets. They are reasonably close to the venue and there are lots of smashers that live by them.

Hotels

The Valley Hotel in Rosemead. Other smashers are already staying there.

Hi! I'm a Melee player currently residing in Washington. I arrive at LAX at 11 PM on Friday night before the tournament, and leave Sunday after the tournament at 9:55 AM. If anyone could provide rides and housing, I would be very appreciative. Of course, I'll provide gas/housing money in compensation.

Hey, I need housing thursday night and friday night. I would definitely be don to go into solid training mode for those two days, if you want, or we could just chill.
I think baka said he could house me saturday night after the tournament.

As for picking me up from the airport... hmmm, it would be convenient to be picked up, but I could always take a cab.

Edit: Oh, and I haven't signed up for teams yet, but if someone really wants to team with a scrubby fox I'd be down, haha. I think I'd like to team with another spacie.
