Yes, you gessed, it's him! The AR Man!

Background
In the 3DS, there are the Augmented Reality Games (AR Games). To selecting the game you want, there is a yellow living cube named "AR Man" or Mr. RA. In the Star Pics game, he is one of the characters you can put in the images. And he also makes some cameos in some of the games.
WHY HIM??
I want him at the same form R.O.B. and Mr.G&W were added, he is a great choice for a WTF Character. Some people want Sukapon or Lip, but they aren't that weird. I want them as normal choices, not as WTF reps.
Sakurai Criteria:
-Character inclusion will make the people play the game:
Who didn't get "WTF?" with R.O.B. or with Bad Boxart Megaman in SFvsT? That's my point.
-The Character should be unique:
In my opinion, he will not just kick and tackle. I think that he will also open himself (as a Box) and create things, like a bow, a fishing rod, a giant AR Card... The Special Moves I thought will be next.
-The Character must fit in Smash Bros style:
Of course he fits! He fits more than other characters than most people wants like Simon Belmont, Ezio or Mach Rider (who, if is in the game, will be a Captain Falcon clone, and no one want a Mach Punch!)
-They must contribute to game balance:
Maybe... Look at the moveset and comment about it.
Special Attacks:
Neutral B: Archery: AR Man will open himself and shoot an arrow with a Bow. More time you charge, further it goes. Unlike Link's arrows, AR Man arrows don't have gravity and you can aim them (like Pit)
Side B: Card Power: AR Man creates a card next to him. If someone touches it, the card will teleport the enemy in a random place of the stage, and it will launch him/her like Barrel Cannon item in Melee. Then, the card will disappear. If you create 2 cards, the enemy trapped by one of them, instead of a random place, will teleport to the other. However, the two cards disappear after doing this. If the card (or cards) stay during a long time, it or them will disappear.
Up B: AR Shot: The pool stick from the AR Shot game appears and hit the AR Man, sending him flying. The damage of this attack is similar to Link's Up B.
Down B: Fishing: He opens himself and creates a fishing rod. The fishing rod takes out of the ground a random fish who swims in the air forwards and hit the enemy. Like Wario Waft, more time you don't use this attack, bigger and powerful (but slower) is the fish. Randomly, a UFO can appear. It flies and shoots lasers.
Final Smash: TBA

I had this idea as a 3DS exclusive, like Kamek, Barbra, Krom, and Spire.

Cute! I loved that mode/box and would love to see him kick R.O.B.'s shiny metal ***.

AR Man, AR Man, does whatever an AR Man does.

I'm thinking he'd be assist trophy material at best.

AR Man would be a great choice for an unexpected and hardware character.

He could be a cute character or Assist Trophy.
If he's a character, he should be DLC.

If Sakurai has taught me one thing regarding the character roster is that if you expect the unexpected, the unexpected you originally expected is nowhere near Sakurai tier unexpected.

In short, AR Man's chances increased a bit due to Sakurai adding a character no one requested or thought could be playable. Everyone's roster prediction got blown out of the water so far with the exception of Mega Man. Which I'm happy he's in smash 4, and that souless robot appearance he has.

Attributes:
AR Man is a unique character, he is sort of a trappy character and can really tick you off if you are not aware of them.

Size: About tall and thick as Kirby, only additional height with legs.
Weight: He is pretty heavy, and hard to knockdown.
Speed: He's pretty slow, with all those traps he can make.
Jumping: He can't jump high, somewhere between Ganondorf's jumping height.

Standard Attacks:

Some other facts: When AR Man is ducking, he places a card under him.

Normal-neutral: AR Man does a simple headbutt, this is good for spacing to plan your attacks. 6%

Normal-side: AR Man places down an AR Card, has a quick start-up and does slight knockback and damage in placing if near. When the opponent stands on the card, the card will rise and spin for a multi-hit attack. This is a good attack for pummeling down opponents on the ground. The card placed however lasts for a little while. 3% on placing, 3% on being activated.

Normal-down: AR Man spins his body to spin the card below him. You can abuse this attack, but it's pretty weak in knockback and power. Try to mix it up with Normal-side to mix your attacks well. 2%

Normal-dash: AR Man slams his body to the ground to make great knockback and damage. There is also little cards that fall from his head to do extra-damage if he misses. 13% on contact with slamming 7% upon missing with the falling cards

Normal-up: AR Man opens his lid to bring little cycling spinning cards that multihits the opponent in weak knockback. 6%

Aerial Attacks:

Aerial-neutral: AR Man brings out little packs of cards that surround and circle AR Man for multihit damage in fairly good knockback. 8%

Aerial-forward: AR Man headbutts in the air for fairly great knockback and damage. 12%

Aerial-backward: AR Man leans backwards and brings out little packs of cards that slice backwards to multihit the opponent for good damage and good knockback. 7&

Aerial-down: AR Man swipes down multiple cards in a short distance to multihit the opponent with good knockback. 6%

Aerial-up: AR Man swipes his cards upward for good knockback and good multihit damage. Similar to Olimar's U-Air. 7%

Smash Attacks:

Smash-forward: AR Man brings out his cuckoo clock to knockback and damage the opponent in greatness. 15% in full-charge

Smash-upward: AR Man distorts the ground level, and makes the ground rise quickly that greatly knockbacks the opponent in great damage. 16% in full-charge

Smash-down: AR Man distorts the ground level to fling opponent upward with great upward knockback. It causes no damage though.

Grabs:
AR Man uses the fishing rod to grab opponents, it's also a tether recovery.

Grab-forward: AR Man lassos the opponent for good knockback and good damage. 8%

Grab-backward: AR Man quickly lassos out the opponent with fairly good knockback and fairly good damage. 4%

Grab-up: AR Man tosses the opponent up in the air and multihits the opponent with cards. 9%

Grab-down: AR Man traps the opponent inside his body, to carry them tand toss them when you want to, they are able to escape it though. Similar to DK's F-Throw. 6%

Special Moves:

Special-Neutral: 3D Tools: AR Man distorts the ground level (only on top) to make a useful wall to prevent opponents from attacking you. There is no knockback nor damage though. When on a floating platform, you can distort the ground level in below and top. The distortion slowly rises or falls back to normal slowly though. It's a great edgeguard tool.

Special-Side: AR Ball: AR Man summons out the giant ball from AR Golf that creates great knockback and damage when it is moving. The ball can fall down slopes and fall in the air. It's a great edge guarding tool from below. the damage of the ball ranges from 6% to 20% depending on the speed.

Special-Up: ARrow: AR Man flings out an arrow up from his lid. The longer you charge, the faster and more accurate the arrow gets. You are able to angle the arrow's direction. This move gives AR Man a slightly vertical recovery, if you charge it long enough in the air, he will get a slightly better vertical recovery. The arrows no matter how long charge it does 5% with knockback depending on how long you charge. This is pretty similar to Yoshi's recovery.

Special-Down: AR Flipper: AR Man places down fake AR Card below him. This fake card will flip over and make the opponent fall down if on contact, making a hole whether it is on a platform or on the ground. There's no knockback or damage though, and the card will disappear after it flips on contact or after a long time.

Taunts:

Taunt-Up: AR Man looks at a the Face Raider circling him in the air.

Taunt-Down: AR Man uses his fishing rod to catch various seacreatures.

Taunt-Side: AR Man jumps out in the air with a cuckoo surprising him.

Final Smash: The Globe: AR Man summons a giant globe, by mashing, you can spin the globe to create knockback. When you mash enough, the Globe will explode, with extremely great knockback and damage.

Victory Poses:
1. AR Man sit's down on his studio chair.
2. AR Man shows off by messing with the ground level.
3. AR Man stunts an epic standing pose.
