Do you have any specific questions? Like how to play neutral, her punish game, etc. I wouldn't mind helping at all but a little clarification would be great

I could really use some help in the neutral and getting follow ups. I seem to be okay with my punnishes but they're no good if i can't get follow ups

Okay, so I advise you first to watch some of Nairo and Choco playing ZSS, both matches and if you can watch Nairo's streams they are very frequent, being extremely entertaining and informative. (I'll leave some links to good matches of each and Nairo's Twitch below) Besides watching top players and seeing how they punish, react, and play l I'll give some of my tips.

For starters be sure to not throw out grabs for no reason. I realize it may be tempting because most of your best combos stem from a grab, but there are methods to getting grabs safer. You can bait a move from your opponent and do a pivot grab to counter most miss-spaced aerials or laggy attacks. In addition, there are set ups to lead into grabs, most notably is neutral air to grab which works around 0-25 percent depending on the character. Z-Air to grab is really good, also working at lower percents.

Continuing, neutral is a place ZSS struggles a lot which is one of the few things that holds her back. She doesn't really have much approaching options, but spacing around with neutral airs is good, it keeps a hit box around you and leads into grab at low and RAR b-airs later. Also Z-Air is good from applying pressure, stuffing projectiles, and keeping characters away. Her dash attack isn't that great but it could catch some people off guard occasionally. Her jab, F-Tilt, and U-Tilt are also decent since they come out very early so you can use those to keep people away or U-Tilt to start a combo.

Also a place she struggles in is being stuck in shield. Her up-b may work sometimes if someone is right on top of you but it has a lot of lag so use it very cautiously. I believe her jab comes out on frame one though so that is a good option, along with her tilts as I said previously.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask me, I might have missed things and not I did not go in depth on much because there was a lot I wanted to cover. Hope this helped!

Also I strongly advise you to check out these notes on follow ups from Aero, they are really great and include percentages.
