Compression software

I have over 600MB of music on my computer. Does anyone know of any good compression software I can use to make the files smaller? The ones I've tried do hardly anything at all they only reduced the size by about 5 MB. So... yeah any suggestions?

600 Megs and you're worried about compression? I've got something like 40 Gigs of music. Just get a bigger hard drive. They're dirt cheap nowadays.

I don't know which compression methods you have tried but 7-zip is supposed to be one of the best compressors.

Music file have already good compressed (mp3, wma) and I think you shouldn't to compress them.
