get better at Olimar

I need to get better with Olimar he is my favorite charakter in smash 4, but i cant even beat a level 9 com most times. And i cant seem to improve. Any general tips?

I play Olimar as a hit and run character. Usually throwing away pimins while I am running away. This works for me.

That and space well. The body of the pikmins give you that slight advantage in range.

Every now and then I pivot before an action and it works wonders, but I still am at the point where I am very aware that I am doing it, and does not come naturally for me.

Learn your colors and watch your line-up. My guide (alongside a couple others) extensively covers the strengths and weaknesses of each color of Pikmin.

But most importantly, have fun. If you don't enjoy the playstyle, why force yourself to have a good time?
