Guaranteed Flash shorten?

Is there any way to make Wolf's flash short 100% of the time?

Been practicing it a little, but I can't seem to get the timing down. Is there any sound cue or

noticeable way to short the flash 100%? I want to be able to pull off crazy **** like this:

Taking time in the lab and practicing the timing the shorten timings over and over until it becomes natural is the 100% surefire way to get the shorten you want.

yeah just build up muscle memory to get the timing down correct. sorry but theres no easy way to do it. practice is the only way.
