Help With ICs Chain Grab.

I have been looking at all the info that is provided by the top ICs but I still need help. I dont know if I am missing the important videos but the Chain grab Vids dont talk in detail about how to CG correctly. I have been practicing on DK but I cant seem to get it right and none of the vids help me.

Can someone link me a vid that explains the CG in detail instead of saying every char is different and leaves it at that?
