highlighting on shffls, l-cancels, etc

how plausible would it be to integrate something like they have in project m, so that your character flashes when you l-cancel, and maybe turns red for an autocancel. stuff to help people practice.

It would be cool if the nametag thing could be hacked to allow tags with more than 4 letters
