How to Balance/Buff Dedede?

we all know that dedede is in need of some buffs. He's been pretty much ignored in patches(except for some nerfs early in the game :/ ). I would like to hear what buffs you'd give to dedede to make him a solid fighter. don't try to make the changes too drastic or strange either, try to make it realistic. here is what i would do:
make down tilt not whiff up close.
remove the up smash sour spot to make the move more consistent.
give forward air less ending/landing lag.
make down air a reliable move by making it faster and more consistent.
speed up inhale.
make gordo take 5-10% to be reflected.
forward/back throws ko earlier.
what do you think?
