Kill percentages of No-Throw Spikes

I decided to see at what percent does a no-throw spike guarantee a kill so I decided to test it out.

This was done all on Final Destination, the right side of the stage, I did all of this in Training Mode except for Zero Suit Samus since I could not get her in training mode. All of the No-Throw Spikes are fresh attacks, I also used DI when hitting the characters with the no-throw spike to survive and get accurate results, of course my DI isn't that good or the bad so if you think there's something wrong, please do it and inform me, also if possible, show me with a video. (Please, I make mistakes as well.)

I tested it out in this order:

  1. Grab over the ledge
  2. Jump and spike with Nana's Fair
  3. Jump with the character being spiked
  4. Recover with speicals and whatnots

I did not use a bomb for Link or Toon Link since really... idk I got lazy? Also I didn't use a full fart for Wario since that's basically a free recovery so I found the percent where it guarantees that he won't move until he surpasses the boundary; same with ROB.

I was surprised at the result of this, honestly I didn't expect this too kill as low as 49% or kill as high as a whooping 197%! I'll list them in order of percentage kill and than alphabetical order. I'll also tell you what I did to make them recover at the end.

They can DI back onstage or tech the stage or whatever. That's why spiking them off generally isn't a good idea. Nice thread though if said person doesn't know how to do either of those things. x.o

Also, they can mash out pretty easily from a NT spike before 80%.
