Looks like run dash attack, but is spin charge?

So I saw 6WX do this earlier in some other video, but I lost the link. Thankfully, Static Manny did it too:

After the punch combo, he runs(?) at Captain Falcon, but then it's not a dash attack, but a spin charge that he combos into. It doesn't make sense to me because it looks like he keeps moving throughout (or sliding?). I've been trying to figure out how to do this, and any help would be greatly appreciated!
