Marth's worst MUs?

Bowser vs Marth feels unwinnable. It's waaaay too early to tell if that's true, or if marth even wins the MU, but I've got a local Marth who's around top 50 EVO (melee) level, and I can't seem to win with my main.

Who frustrates the absolute hell out of you guys/requires a ton of specific MU knowledge to beat, etc?

Marth wrecks bowser because grabs>armor.

But also my least favorite MUs are Sheik, Peach, and Mewtwo. Also, Pika can be really annoying because his recovery is so good, and that makes Marth's edgeguarding ability somewhat inferior. In addition, anyone with a tether is a pain.

Marth beats Bowser for a lot of reasons tbh.

Hmm... DK was kind of a bad matchup in 3.02. I'd imagine less so now, but likely no better than even still. Ripple thinks D3 beats Marth and I'm starting to agree. Sonic is annoying regardless of actual matchup value. Sheik still has that evenish to slight advantage situation going on, but he probably knows that matchup pretty well. Not sure beyond that just yet, but if you're floating ideas on specific characters I wouldn't mind sharing my thoughts.

3.02 I could give you an easy list. 3.5 I'm not too sure, besides the fairly easy recommendation of Sheik

I get destroyed by Wolf every time I play against one. Is that just me, or is he actually a problem for Marth?

The Wolf matchup is a dynamic matchup where both sides can quickly win or lose. You basically need Marth vs spacies fundamentals, you should find lots of general tips in the Melee forums (Marth vs Fox and Marth vs Falco), especially about pressure, recovery, combos, shines and edgeguarding.
