Hey guys, so I've been looking to invest into a monitor for this upcoming year in college. My uses for it will be playing games on my computer, dual screening with my computer, and playing my PS3 on it. I've been looking into Asus more than anything else. Budget is 160 and here are the 3 I've come down too.

As you can see, they all have their pro's and cons. The first one is 25 inches, but is 2 years used. The second one is the cheapest, but is 23 inches. The third one is 24 inches, the most expensive, but also LED.

I just need some opinions based on what uses I have for it...what should I get?

Also, other monitor recommendations are welcome.

Eh, I don't like the idea of getting a 2nd monitor used if your going to use it for gaming and stuff you want it to look good for. I only go used when I want another monitor for work purposes.

Newegg has a HUGE selection of monitors for any budget. I'd check them out.

211 hits in the $100-$200 range. Plenty to choose from. You can narrow it down by manufacturer on the left.

They have 46 ASUS ones in that price range.

Just as a note: I believe recertified means the box was opened and its slightly used, but has seen some travel via RMAS. It should function fine.

Seems pretty solid. If you could afford the 2ms response times ones go for them; otherwise thats a good choice.
