New pikachu bucket glitch?

So I bucketed a thunder jolt from pikachu and after that every other attack he landed would heal him some, anyone ran into this glitch yet? It was against a level 9 computer and I saved the video just in case. The precentage he was healed seemed to be random but his f tilt healed him 8 and his down smash healed him 4, I think 1 per multi hit, I think his fair healed him 5

Anyone seem this before?
