so i've recently been playing against a Ness main, and OMG this move is broken. i think if you guys incorporate it more into your game, you could keep moving Ness up in the tier list, i could see him being B or A tier.
the hitbox is huge! you cant airdodge that crap!
insane shield pressure! 2 PK flashes will break a full shield!
great anti air! i mean, its in the air right, so the opponent cant approach from there.
this move kills at stupid percents!

srsly guys, do some moar research on this move, its gonna push Ness's metagame a lot further.
