Title of the bug: Roy's Sword Effect Glitch
Version found in: PM 3.6b
Hardware you are running: [Dolphin 4.0.2] [Dolphin 4.0-652] [Dolphin 4.0-5886] [Dolphin 4.0-6554]
Loading Method: Project M ISO
Details: Load the game with no extra content, go to practice mode (Haven't tried with regular smash yet) set your character to Roy, and the CPU to Roy as well. Set the Roy CPU to level 9. Choose Final Destination (Have yet to try different levels). Use any move, preferably aerials to check if the glitch has come into effect. If it has not, go back to the character select screen, and repeat the process until the glitch has come into effect. This can take anywhere from 2 to 15 tries. If the glitch doesn't happen after the 15th try reload the ISO.
Attachments: The glitch has two variants, the second being more rare than the first.
