I'm fairly new to the netplay community and Melee in general, but why does netplay have a different tier list than the real Melee?
Well A, the caliber of players on netplay allow for much greater of variance of results at the higher level.... (gold and above)
hell hbox is on there... but puff's numbers get influenced by a lot more bad puff players
B. There is a difference in the amount of reactive vs predicative play that is used by the cast and it changes how match ups are played, (slightly).
C. Minty and I are pretty much only samuses on there and well, we lose infrequently.
this tier list is created based on who has played and the results of Gold players and above, which has different numbers than actual melee community
