wondering. I know that ness had a tipper with his bat in melee like marth has with his sword. does he still have that?

I had tested it, but if he has more game time than I do, his observances are more likely than mine to be true.

Lol... I see no reason why it wouldn't. Unless they got rid of all tips...

I tested hitting with the tip on FD in training, and it looks like it kills if your foe is around 90% before the hit, assuming average weight and no DI. His guide says 130% for the middle, so there's likely still a tipper.
