the B-air knockback seems like both a good thing and a bad thing, but i'm very pleased we got anything at all.

Bair shouldn't feel any different for low % combos while it should Jill slightly earlier at higher %. I don't think this change is bad in any way.

I didn't see anything different,
Maaaaan, Samus got less endlag on her grabs. Not that I am surprised that this happened, because in previous patches certain characters's grabs got less endlag while PAC-MAN's didn't. If you're going to fix/buff PAC-MAN then his grab should have #1 priority.

But I am happy and grateful for his buffs. But more needs to be fixed/buffed.

Cloud's up-air does 12% now, meaning that he can't insta-launch the hydrant. Yes!

I still have not updated my Wii U to 1.1.5 yet (planning to do so in around 3-4 hours), so if anyone want me to check something PAC-MAN related, please let me know!
