Wish to apply for the Ladder, Suri not seen since April

I recently tried to message Suri in hopes of being integrated into the Ladder, the only problem is that Suri has not been active since April; who do I contact to get that taken care of in his absence?

there is a new ladder being run by blueyoshi, the current moderator of the 64 section.
surri was a former mod and i have not seen him in months
