The Never Ending SSB Roster Game

As the name of the title states, it's a never ending SSB Roster game. A very fun and simple game, but a few rules to follow

Rules:

Start with the number provided and make a roster based on that number
The next poster will spice up the roster by removing up to 3 characters and put up to 3 new characters in it. Must have the roster's number remain the same
Any character can be removed as there's no "locked" characters.
The game repeats until a new max number is announced
