to add this code in you need to either be able to make a gct on your comp, or on your wii through codemanager (my way). either way, you're going to need the txt file which you can get from brawlplus.net. just copy/paste the code into the txt file. i recommend codemanager for this next part since its quicker. you put the txt file on your sd card (folder called txtcode). from there, load up codemanager via HBC and turn on all the codes including the non-sandbag code. now when you start the game, just go to the WWR and it will load the stage without sandbag.
