I believe you can. I think each character has they're own seperate folders (or not) for individual voices. But im not so sure since i don't mess around with that Off topic: do you need riivolution for voices?

Megaman X is right handed, but he looks left handed mainly because ur going right and he shoots from his left. But if he goes left, the sprite flips and shoots from his right. But from the pictures he is right handed. And yea X is going to be a costume for Zero. (i think, check the first post)
