a counterargument to the whole "partner system" being a thing in TWEWY could be that the plane neku is fighting on happens to be the SSB world while the plane his partner is fighting on just has a bunch of noise that or the partner of choice could just be waiting in the wings for a final smash...

This is what I do as well sometimes, although I usually mess up and just fall XD

Not the most innovative thing I've seen, but Tale's of Destiny's PS2 remake was pretty awesome, with the CC gauge (which decreased as you comboed, then refilled at the end of your combo), combined with the aerial combo system. Tale's of the Abyss's Flex-Range battle system was also nice.

I'll probably do some battles with Pit, then try out Marth, once I get him, then probably do some SSE. Oh yeah, and to get Sonic, youhave to clear SSE, or do 300 VS Matches, IIRC, not ten.

I'm guessing that there's a good amount of characters (Maybe 10-15?) Sakurai has yet to show us.
