    Quick draw sweetspot

I didn't mean to direct those questions at him; I was just thankful on getting confirmation from another player. The questions were directed to whoever else might look at the issue and might have some sway over it.

    Quick draw sweetspot

Thanks for the confirmation. So the issue is there; I don't see how this was intentional. Is there some bizarre technical reason behind excluding random characters from being hit by an effect? Any plans on normalizing this?

    Quick draw sweetspot

No. A (attack) just swings the sword; it won't do the special OHKO. B (special) will do the OHKO if timed. (You can see a small blue circle appear when you press B and not A) Works on everyone but Jiggs and Dubs. Hence the issue.

    Quick draw sweetspot

Ike's side-b doesn't sweetspot (OHKO) for Jigglypuff or Game and Watch. Not sure if it's skeleton related since it hits a ducking Kirby and Snake, and those guys are low to the ground.

    Showcase starring Samus

A little something for your entertainment. Credit goes to numerics at tasvideos.

    Quick Draw flaw

I can reliably land a Quick Draw one-hit knock-out on every character except Jigglypuff and Game and Watch. I have never landed a QD-OHKO on Jigglypuff or Game and Watch... I realize no one could care less if we can't use one of several one-hit kill options on the lightest characters, but is...

3.0 - Radiant Dawn of a New Era

If you go to training and slow it down to 1/4th speed , hit B while you're passing through the opponent. It'll OHKO every time. HOWEVER! I can't seem to OHKO Game and Watch. Does he have a weird skeleton or something? My timing seems right as the bubble appears inside him or else hits him...

    Roy: Tip and Tricks

Additional notes: Grounded reverse up-b seems to have set knock-back dependent on the target's weight. It will kill a Jiggs at 0% but won't kill a Game & Watch at 999%.

    Roy: Tip and Tricks

Maybe more of a tip than a trick but I just OHKO'd Jigglypuff from the bottom platform of Lylat with a gounded reverse Up-B. She died at 9% off the top. I'll test on more characters.

    Q&A Unleashing a 2-D Horror - A Game and Watch Thread

I don't think this would make it easier to get any number, let alone a nine, as this system, as well as any system that informs you what you will or will not be getting in the future, doesn't change the original mechanic. That is, you have an equal chance of getting any of the 9 possibilities...

    Q&A Unleashing a 2-D Horror - A Game and Watch Thread

In case this was over-looked, I did a fairly detailed run-down of all possible combinations pertaining to Judgement possibilities and odds above.

    Q&A Unleashing a 2-D Horror - A Game and Watch Thread

Some boring numbers regarding the visible Judgement odds. First hammer of the match (previous hammers were 2 then 1 automatically) -> 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 The following previous hammers don't have to be in the listed order.. Keep in mind the set with {1, 2} through {1, 9} WILL be your second...

The Luigi Discussion Thread - People Actually Play This Character?

So since it's not random, then going from the info above, it occurs every time I'm going above a certain speed (in either direction) and possibly due to shield holding? I'm not sure shielding goes with it since when I get forced off a plat with my shield up I can usually attack immediately...

The Luigi Discussion Thread - People Actually Play This Character?

Ah. Well since it's expected, is there something that triggers the falling animation? I'm pretty sure it only happens when moving backwards, so I suppose slightly turning before dashing would prevent the fall, but that doesn't really apply to wavelanding which is when it mostly happens...

The Luigi Discussion Thread - People Actually Play This Character?

I believe Luigi's high wavedash speed sends him into a falling animation when he dashes backwards off of platforms. Any way around this? Teching/falling on my ass after fluidly dashing kills my Luigi boner. Edit: Maybe speed isn't a factor, just tripped with Ganon too.
