havent watched the vids but surprised at how mediocre swift is nowadays. i always thought he had potential. switching to marth was an awful decision.

You have every right to say that someone who isn't a standout is mediocre, but there is absolutely no point in voicing that opinion. You come off rudely and make yourself look bad, and a sarcastic remark when people try to tell you that you're wrong is nonconstructive. I fail to see what you accomplished by posting such things.

Please don't post in here again if you're going to bring negativity with you. Feel free to continue visiting, however. More and more matches will be posted from future tournaments and perhaps you can learn a thing or two from them. Thanks!

most people take life / this game / themselves faaaar too seriously

nothing is more important than perspective

the only way to become great is to stay humble and hungry. impossible to do so if/when you have an inflated sense of your own value. no, don't try to interpret that statement as me making any kind of evaluation about anyone. it's a statement meant to be read in a vacuum.

(after seeing the vids i stand by everything i said. nothing i said was sarcastic)

anywho my posts aren't intended to "accomplish" anything. that's such a typically western view of life.

Thanks Jared. I've begun to realize how important it is to get matches up online -- not only does it spread the names of players previously unknown, it also provides players the opportunity to watch what they do and learn from it.

A lot of NE players have recording setups, it's kind of surprising we never coordinated them before. Mass Madness will have 9 recording setups, for example.

Also I like making combo videos. The more footage I have the better

Next time I'm going to try for more accuracy on the start of the audio recording and the video recording so I wont have to take as much time doing audio-sync. I'm just really glad there was no delay on the mic or anything and that once I got it synced up no problems arose.

Eventually I'd like to get headsets, though I need to get a larger external HD first. 500GB is not nearly enough space for what I have in mind. (Sora said he'll lend me his 2TB external however. I just don't know when he will get it to me.)

Are you planning to mix an audio track with virtual audio cable or something similar? Recording with multiple headsets is actually tougher on a laptop's hardware than you might think, but if you need help setting it up let me know.
