It means they were very close to being in the rankings, and that they have a really good chance of being in it in 2 months if they continue to perform well.

power rankings are based off TOURNAMENT PERFORMANCE AND SKILL. when u place higher than 33rd tell us and we may put u in the honorable mention. till then gtfo lol. and dude quit trolling me geez i know u are a fan but dang dude get a life. os and everyone else already tried to put it to u logically so please go somewhere. and dont get mad at me cause im 1st on my power rankings and u 3rd on yours.

lmao, I do it to everyone... just having some fun yo... with the truth... one of the only reasons worth sticking around smashboards... but yeah, I suicide a lot and it costs me a lot of games, so yeah you place higher and could technically be better but aside from killing myself I'm def better than you and OS when it comes to the ditto... and feel free to check out my recent tourneys before assuming I haven't placed better than 33rd since the champs.
