Official Apex Hotel Housing Thread - Post Here To Room Up With A Group - Updated 4.23

Alright guys. Here is the situation. Many of you will be staying at the hotel and some of you need assistance with the hotel room. This thread will be to assist anyone needing a room / someone over 18 to board with. Now here is the standard format everyone should be posting in.

This will help everyone to find a group to stay with. Here is also a break down of what the price will be.

Since the the venue is a hotel, rooms will be sold at a discounted rate starting at $83.50. The normal rates are $120+, so don't complain about a mere $83.50. May is an extremely busy time of year. The Garden Room and the Windsor Room will be used for the tournament. The Garden Room is downstairs, but it's still very close to the Windsor Room, so this shouldn't be a problem at all. We’ll only have the Windsor Room on Sunday, so it’s best if people not in the final brackets didn’t stick around, although we can still accommodate you if you decide to stay, especially if you pay for another night at the hotel. The hotel has a rule that only 4 people can stay in a room, . It's basically around 21 bucks per person if you round up with four people.

Here is the break down

$83.50 with 4 people = $20.88

All of these are NOT bad these are great rates so please remember to post here if you need rooms and I will help all of you set it up.

The rooms here start at like $75 per night. I'm going to try and set up a deal to make them cheaper, but that’s unlikely to happen. It’s a bit cheaper to stay here, and its just as awesome and it’s closer to the actual tournament. You’ll just have to call and book a room normally with this hotel.

I would prefer to stay in the hotel of the event is possible I definitely don't mind spending the extra cash on it. Whatever works though. I also plan on taking the Northwest Airlines to the Newark hotel if its possible to get a ride. Also cash for gas is not an issue at all.
