Hey guys its time to get organized! Our goal is 40 setups and we need everyone to post up who is bring a set up. Now we are offering the following discounts to those bringing a setup.

That is what we have and we need more please post up if you are bringing TV/Wii Setups ASAP we need 40+ to make this run efficiently so STEP IT UP SMASH COMMUNITY! :D

EDIT - THIS IS NOT ENOUGH GUYS WE NEED MORE WII's/TVs/GAMECUBES...this is Melee + Brawl so we need a lot more to make this run perfectly!

If someone rents a room at the Palmer Inn, aka the venue, they can most likely use that TV from that room in order to get a venue fee discount. Just get one of Enemy Controller's people running the event to get it.

Well the tourny is still like over a month away. The people who can bring set ups I.E. those who aren't flying don't need to plan for this so early.

I understand, at the same time, I rather be prepared myself for this event. A month , to me, is not that much time. Remember it is melee/brawl so I want to have this run smooth but I will relax just a bit.

If Canada ends up going... which we should, expect one TV and around 4-5 consoles for Melee if there are any extra venue TVs left over.

I plan on going to this. My car usually packs two full setups (Doom and I). I can bring a cube and Melee as well(but no card), and a little 11'' if anyone wants to play on a TV that tiny. It would suck, but let me know.

cylf will no longer be able to bring a gamecube (cant find my cabls) but i can bring melee, a memory card with all characters, a wii, and brawl.

we're like the dynamic duo, except we never team in tournament, because we don't work that well together. We just chill at IHOP and random other places all the time.

I can bring 1 Wii & Brawl. I can most likely recording equipment too. However, I only have the dazzle wires, I don't have a labtop to hook it up to.

So it's up to you if I should bring the dazzle. I'll bring the Wii+Brawl 100% though.

can i have my venue fee lessened/waived? I mean I am

1. Running the Brawl+ event with JCaesar
2. Helping where I can with the other events
3. Bring Dazzle/Mic/Laptop for live feed
4. Bringing a full setup wii/tv for tournament use for two days
5. Commentating the live feed

Plus the usual stuff, like bringing a bunch of people, and renting a room for the hotel's business, and participating in the tournament of course

Might be able to bring a wii+brawl, but Im definitely bringing my recorder. If I bring my wii, Ill try find room to bring my cube with melee also. the only thing I can guarantee atm though is the recorder. My recorder is really good quality, but it takes a bit to set up, so basically whatever TV we hook it up to is where its staying.

I'm pretty sure recording stuff is as good as a wii. You should get itfully waived.
