Tournament Rules

POUND 4 RULE APPLIES

Double Elimination
All matches are best 2 of 3, finals(Winner's, Loser's, and Grand) are best 3 of 5.
4 stock, 8 minute time limit.
Items are off.
Entry is $5.00 for singles, $10.00 for doubles(per pair).
Dave's Stupid Rule, Advanced Slob Picks, and Stage Strike rules apply.

Do Not Talk About The Pot Distribution In The Tournament. If You Do, Then You Risk Ruining the Tourney. Entry Fee Is Fine To Talk About. I Will Hand Out Pot Distributions Outside Of The Tourney.

Neutral: Final Destination, Dream Land 64, Fountain of Dreams, Battlefield, Yoshi's Story
Counterpicks: all Singles Neutral stages plus Pokemon Stadium, Rainbow Cruise, Kongo Jungle 64, Brinstar.

Doubles
Neutral: Final Destination, Dream Land 64, Battlefield, Yoshi's Story
Counterpicks: all Doubles Neutrals plus Pokemon Stadium, Rainbow Cruise, Brinstar, Kongo Jungle 64.

Fees:

Entry is $5.00 for singles, $10.00 for doubles(per pair).

school's not till mid september, i actually don't even know when i can move into my appt

Merced+Berkely i think are the only ones on a semester system, the rest of the UC's do quarters

What if I make it on a Sunday? It might be better on Sunday since on-campus people will be exhausted from moving in right after Friday.

if people would go on sunday i'm down and could most likely trade shifts with someone if i end up working

but don't base this all on me, whatever works best for you guys

I think we have seen each other in the Merced tourney, but we never got a match in or met each other formally. Maybe it will help if I say that I'm the Ganon main.

well don't count on me going lumpy, 5 people already requested the saturday off, and now that it looks like i'm getting 5 days a week *fingers crossed* i'll probably work this saturday, but i could try and get a morning shift i guess

EDIT: that's what i'll most definately do, i might not make it in time for doubles, but unless i get schedualed to close, i should be able to trade and make it in time for singles
