I am new into PM and made the transition from Brawl Sonic to P:M Sonic, and I can use Sonic somewhat decently. I only got Project M a week ago but is there any tips on using him at his best as i would like to get into the competitive scene for Project M.

for tech chashing side b wavedash forward until you go off edge and homing attack on spacies for Fox/Wolf use nair at certain times because Wolfs up b is pretty fast and Fox's up b has a hitbox because if you don't nair you will probaly fail gimping or trade with the up b and HA

You definitely want to practice using all of his recovery options as he has quite a lot of them. The Spin-Shot in particular is a really useful one that any Sonic player should know how to do. Here's a video just in case you're not sure how to do it
