how about instead of saying u guys need partners, just PM the people u prolly already have in mind so ur not sitting there waiting the last week wondering who ur partner is, then from there try to consistantly team with the same or similar people so u can actually learn and grow as a teams partner instead of blaming it on ur partner and partner jumping...

The idea is to grab attention, some people don't know everyone lol. I blame my experience in teams on myself to be honest, I'd rather not pull my friend behind since I suck so bad at it and rather work with someone around my level to learn quicker.
