It doesn't actually do anything, all it does is make Jigglypuff bigger. She's not stronger or heavier or anything, just gigantic. In fact, as a result, she will KO herself in a few seconds most of the time for jumping too high.

Rofl, that is great. But I doubt Smash Balls will be on for any tournaments including Wifi (since they wouldn't be done on "with anyone mode").

I also doubt any serious tournaments will be done over wifi due to factors like lag and disconnecting.

Edit: To the post above, wonder if that could just make her a bigger target? Or is it something like the landmaster.

That glitch would be something if it was meaningfully beneficial to the Jigglypuff player, it seems more like something that would tick me off.
