I would have to agree. He has no good projectile, his range on is attacks suck, he such a light character, no K.O moves, and his recovery is easily gimped.

Lets all strike and not play tis character until he's fixed!!!!

exactly, he relies to much on such Hit or miss tactics that usually miss i mean a full screen laser is easily avoided.... plus most chars are hard counters for him!

The prime directive states that robots cannot harm human beings..

which makes him utterly unable to ko Shiek, Marth or Ike...
ROB simply asks "what is human" and since no human can answer the question, and ROB chooses not to, it gives him the ability to kill whatever he pleases.

ROB is short for ROBOT, and that sounds a lot like the word ROBOTTOM, which clearly means he's in the bottom tier.

If there's a God tier up high, ROB is clearly going to Hell.

You are forgetting 3 fatal flaws with RO.B.
1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2. A robot must obey orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

That means not only does R.O.B. have to obey Marth Ike and Shiek he must protect them and do what they say. tisk tisk tut tut.

R.O.B. is the Robotic Operating Buddy, made by Nintendo for use with the Nintendo Entertainment System and Famicon console gaming systems. After the games Stack-Up and Gyromite, it lost popularity and no other games were made to be compatible with it. However, R.O.B. was used as a "trojan horse" of sorts, by persuading retailers to stock the NES on American shelves. R.O.B. has regained some of his lost status by becoming a playable character in the Nintendo DS game Mario Kart DS, and the Nintendo Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The Robotic Operating Buddy was by no means a failure as some call it, and will likely continue its recent exposure in the future.

ROB also has a 2 meter wide port near his head which, if lasers are fired into it, will cause him to self destruct.

This only works if your father is in current pursuit of you down a narrow corridor in ROBs head.
