Apex2015 is around the corner! Are you prepared?

This is the last day to request refunds, AND more importantly, venue fee goes up! Register register register! register.apex-series.com
Jan 11th 11:59pm EST: REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED! NO IF ANDS OR BUTTS. Butts on purpose, because you would be a butt to not have registered on time.
Jan 13th 11:59pm EST: If you are not matched with your teammate by this time, we will start refunding people who aren't matched. And you will be taken out of doubles. All Doubles.
Hotel:
You need to call the hotel to reserve your Apex2015 rate. Don't be scared, they are really nice. It's only $99 a night. Please call with your credit card ready! Please mention Apex2015, and the dates Jan 30, Feb 1. The suggested book time was Jan 3, but you can still call and try to get the rate, they are people, and they can be understanding. (201) 348-6900

Travel:
Here are some helpful travel links if you cannot find an EC homie or just want to brave out the public transit (which is amazing) out there.http://www.apex-series.com/information/traveling/
Flights:
You have waited and waited and waited, despite the amazing Virgin America deals (still possible but unlikely) and still haven't booked your ticket yet.
Try to piece together your ticket with http://www.momondo.com/, I highly recommend this site as they will give you the cheapest prices by either doing a RT on one airline, or doing two one way trips with two airlines.
I hope Apex2015 turns out to be the biggest one yet. We have upgraded to almost double the size of our last venue to accommodate new smashers, old ones and ones that didn't like to clear the isles and make a path.
Our Salty Suite run by VGBC will sure be one of the most hype it's ever been with the pop offs between Chillin' and Leffen.
