Event - Apex 2015 Apex Pools are looking like a huge joke right now.

Why do we call this "pools" anymore? We stopped having pools, are running one huge bracket instead, and call subsections of that bracket pools when that isn't what they are. There's no "top 2 make it out" when the whole thing is just a bracket.

The lack of balance with this many players is terrible. The EVO method was a ton smoother, as what the original OP was making very clear in that original post.

Seeding was questionable at this apex once again. They did an awful job with seeding in round 2 pools as well as doubles and then waste time fixing their own mistakes when people complain. Why not just seed properly in the first place?That would be more productive. If you're not gonna have RR pools which basically seeds the bracket automatically then make sure the damn seeding is good at your tournament.

i like how people were saying there'd be tons of opportunity for friendlies and casual games so the actual tournament doesn't matter as much
