Even with the easiest possible control set up, I still have trouble pulling zap jump off.
I wish the timing wasn't so precise...

Actually it's the Smash Workshop Broomer. It doesn't mean that they have a top Jiggly (even though they probably do), but it means that they help with Brawl+
